Boris Stilman

Dr. Boris Stilman received Ph.D. in Computer Science and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from National Research Institute for Electrical Engineering, Moscow, USSR, in 1984.  He is the Chairman/CEO of  STILMAN Advanced Strategies and  Professor of Computer Science at the University of Colorado at Denver, USA. Dr. Stilman is the originator of Linguistic Geometry (LG), the new area in Artificial Intelligence. He is an internationally known scientist in the areas of multi-dimensional multi-agent games and software development environments. He has over 150 research publications and is a recipient of numerous research awards including substantial grants and contracts from the US Air Force Office of Scientific Research, US Department of Energy, Sandia National Labs, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Rockwell International, The Boeing Company.

Fernando Das Neves recibió su PhD en Computer Science and Applications del Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University en 2004. Su tesis de doctorado fue aprobada para un subsidio de la National Science Foundation (EEUU). Es gerente de Investigación y Desarrollo de Snoop Consulting, donde trabaja en proyectos que combinan machine learning e information retrieval.
